No. I don't do marketing, funnels or sales - you've got specialists for that, and if you don't, I'll pool of networks you can access.

Hey, I'm Niro Dayalan
I'm not here to Fix your Business.

I spent years in the C-suite before I started this work, and for the past eleven years I've worked with over 400 owners and leaders.
Here's what I've learnt in that time: the owner is almost always the bottleneck, and almost never the problem. You built something real by being across every detail and outworking everyone in the room. That grip is exactly why it grew. It's also exactly why it's stuck.
